From 1st December 2006, our bespoke brochure design and professional photography is being offered through: Paul Mann 1 Elsie Street www.penninepropertystudio.co.uk paul@p9ps.co.uk Pennine Property Studio provides direct services to those clients requiring a more bespoke service for the larger and more unusual property. This will include brochure design and production, floorplans, and photography. Our service is bespoke designed to integrate with your systems, and is intended to give your clients the best possible service. We will work with the vendor to get the best photography for the property, updating internal and external photos as required. For properties first marketed in January, we would expect to update garden photos as the seasons progress until the garden looks at its best. Our hope is that by establishing a professional relationship with each vendor, we can ensure that they are happy that they have had the best from all the marketing services they receive. In turn, they will be pleased to have used your agency for their house sale. In order to provide this high level of service we expect to serve a small number of clients who use us for most of their better properties and larger property developments. We will continue to be happy to serve one-off and occasional commissions for this and our other services as our diaries allow.
